About Srivilliputhur Construction
Srivilliputhur Construction was founded in 2017 by civil engineer M.Sivakumar, B.E., starting with small masonry and repair contracts around West Car Street. What set us apart early was refusing to subcontract core crews — a decision that meant slower growth at first, but tighter quality control on every wall we built.
Today we run a full design-and-build practice: an in-house architecture desk, structural engineering sign-off, and dedicated interior and turnkey divisions, while still keeping the same site discipline that built our first house seventeen years ago.
